Ethiopian Broadcasting Corporation – EBC (ኢትዮጵያ ብሮድካስቲንግ ኮርፖሬሽን) is the national broadcaster with 3 radio stations transmitting on MW, SW and FM. Broadcasting is regulated by the Ethiopian Broadcasting Authority – EBA (የኢትዮጵያ ብሮድካስት ባለሥልጣን). FM broadcasting started in 2001, several private stations operate since in 2006.
