; Ground Elevation AMSL: 1970 ft (600.5 m)Mount Pleasant is located near Williamstown, south of Montpelier. It is home to several broadcast towers for stations serving Central Vermont area and the State capital. Radio transmitter of WWFY (100.9 MHz) is located on former AT&T Graniteville microwave site, while WCMD (89.9 MHz) and WVER-TV (PBS Ch. 28) are situated on nearby tower, both sites currently owned by American Towers.
